Kero Sports Deck Breakdown

Hey Persuaders!

In partnership with

Slide 1: Perspective Framer

They are immediately sharing their perspective and what they feel that they know that their competitors don’t!

It’s not always obvious why you need to have a perspective framer at the start of your deck, but this is a great example to make it easy to see the benefits.

Slide 2: Solution

I don’t love that they left out a problem slide, but in this circumstance, the problem is implied when explaining the solution. It’s a risky tactic I wouldn’t recommend, but it works here.

Slide 3: Product

Great visual slide where they can easily explain how the product works. In 10-20 seconds, they can easily explain what they do.

Slide 4: Product

This deck is quite unique because it takes advantage of the fact that sports betting is everywhere right now, and there is plenty of knowledge about the industry.

The lesson to take here is always to know the pre-dispositions of your audience. If you know what they know/believe coming into the pitch, then you can take advantage of that and adjust your pitch accordingly.

Slide 5: Market

This is really a market slide that looks at the industry as a while and how this new product fits into the industry.
