Today, we will look at a seed deck from Krew used to raise $1.6M.

This cover slide is confusing, in my opinion. It’s intended to double as a demo, but without product knowledge, this demo is more confusing than anything else. Don’t overcomplicate this slide.

This is an amazing perspective framer. They very clearly communicate what they are doing and why you should care. Alluding to Peleton in this way is smart; it associates them with the market potential (billions) of Peloton and the market demand of Peloton (millions), and simultaneously differentiates them from Peleton.

This should have been split into two slides. This combines the “Problem” and the “Why Now” slide. It is still effective, but separating them would make the deck more powerful.

This slide has too much information, but the idea and headline are great. This really just needs fine tuning to avoid the information dump that it ended up becoming.

Again, this is far too complex for a pitch deck slide. This needs to be simplified and shortened.

This is an impactful market slide. Working your way up from $0 always makes the forecasted ARR much more believable than when you name the market size and claim you can capture 10%.
