Hey Persuaders!
Nailing your Launch
Recently I came across a post by Nikita Bier, the founder of tbh and Gas with an interesting way to ensure you launch the perfect product.
One of the biggest problems that founders face is that they need to continuously iterate and improve their software before they can find product/market fit. This also creates a problem when fundraising because you need to have the money/technical ability/time to build a product, launch it, test it, iterate on it, find product/market fit, and then you have finally fundraise at a decent valuation.
So what is his trick?

Nikita recommends launching the UX of your product instead of building the entire product.
This is a very interesting idea as anyone can launch a UX, and you can learn Figma pretty quickly, unlike coding/development skills. I’ve actually seen non-technical founders do this with great success. The UX allows people to feel what the app will look like even if it isn’t functional. Most importantly, Nikita points out that you can track how they use it. This gives you the information you need to actually know how to “iterate” already without having even built the app in the first place.
While I haven’t personally tried this, I know many of you are non-technical and looking for ways to go from 0-1. I’d love to see some of you try this hack. Let me know if it gives you the momentum you need to kickstart your business, and nail your launch.
