Today, I want to look at this Seed deck from Pilgrim Soul. It was used to raise $2M.

Right from the start, we can see from the design of the first slide that this is a “lifestyle” brand. I wanted to share this deck because it is a unique deck that attempts to communicate a “visionary” brand.

When building a “visionary” brand, the founder’s story is often front and center. I don’t like this slide. I HATE when founders tell their story instead of the company’s story. I’d be very careful making the pitch about you and not your company.
