Today, we are going to look at a great “vitamin” seed deck from Supercast that used to raise $2M.

Awesome opening slide. While they use a “marketing” slogan here instead of an investor one, it also clearly communicates to investors what they are doing differently and how it can be valuable.

Great perspective framer; they set the stage well for the rest of the pitch. I’ve not seen too many good perspective framers in this bullet format, but this definitely works!

In decks pitching a vitamin, you often need to explain a catalyst for what will make people take the vitamin and what the motivation is. They do a great job of that here

Continuing on from the previous slide but with more of a focus on the Why Now for the company itself. This is the type of Why Now that investors look for to understand why this idea hasn’t been done before and why they can’t just wait to see how the industry grows and invest in this in a few years with more data.

Great narrative way to share the market information.

Again, this is working to present the opportunity as clearly as possible. It shows that the money that was shared on the previous slide is just a portion of what subscriptions could make.

Putting those ideas/theories into numbers here helps to ground them in reality.

Adding a demo at this stage is powerful, especially since the solution isn’t overly technical or protected by IP. Its user-friendliness will be vital for success.
