♞ Trala Deck Breakdown

Today, we will look at a Series A deck from Trala used to raise $8M.

This is a simple and effective cover slide. It doesn’t do more than it needs to but nothing is missing either.

This is a nice perspective framer; it's a change of pace from a normal deck, but it still communicates how big music is in society.

This and the previous slide combined are a great perspective framer. It’s also a situation where spreading it over two slides works well.

What Two $100M+ Exits Taught Us

This is a high-level problem slide; the mistake here is not following up with a specific reason why it is offline, fragmented and broken. However, three clear problems have still been identified.

This is a sneaky good slide. $80B is a huge industry, but the wording of this slide makes it seem like the solution proposed by Trala could make the industry bigger.

This is a great mission that anyone who would invest in the company will personally relate to. It likely led to some conversions for socially minded investors.

This seems early to jump to the team slide. But it is clear that their team is powerful and they want it early on in the deck as it will help convince investors.
