This is an excellent cover slide. Maybe a little too crowded for some, but overall, the branding is clearly communicated, the company name is there, the image is relevant, and the one-liner is extremely clear. It does a great job of setting up the investor for the rest of the deck.

This is a great perspective framer. It shows the company's potential and helps tie it into wider trends. It does the work of a perspective framer, why now, and a market slide.

This is a clear problem slide and a good way to demonstrate the issues faced by both sides of the marketplace. While I don’t normally like pitching both sides simultaneously and prefer to focusing on one side of the marketplace, this is well done and easy to understand which makes it effective.

This is a straightforward solution, but I would have liked to answer the problems raised in the previous slide. The three solutions here don’t answer the four problems, but given that this industry is one that we all understand well, it isn’t as detrimental as it might otherwise be.

This is where I first start having some concerns. I’m not confident that I understand what the offer is here for coworking spaces. Is the company just partnering with existing coworking spaces to offer hourly/daily access? If so, why can’t those spaces do this themselves?

This is good traction and a great space to place the traction slide. Generally, the optimal strategy is to place it when you feel investors might start wanting evidence that your idea is working.

This is a good bottom up way of explaining the growth of the company.
