Hey Persuaders!
Today, I want to look at this Series B deck from Wunderlist. It was used to raise $19M.
Normally, I tend to focus on pre-seed decks for companies with minimal traction and discuss how you can leverage storytelling to build a narrative around your company that is attractive to investors.
Today, I want to share a deck that does an incredible job of telling the growth story. Mastering this skill at the Seed/Series A stage is very powerful, and it will be used for future rounds.
A clear one-liner is used to explain the value proposition. This is important in these decks as the focus on growth takes away from your ability to talk about the features/benefits, so you need to be clear at the top of the deck about what value you provide and why people use your product/service.
Leading with traction can be very powerful, especially when you have great figures to highlight. These can hook investors and give them a reason to focus on your deck.

Again for 2013, this would be very clear, showing the potential of the company and what they are attempting to accomplish.
